WEEKLY GROUP RUN/WALK-
TUESDAY APRIL 23rd @ 5:30 PM – Run for Empanadas- at 78211 N Yakima River Dr West Richland WA 99353
We will have Run/Walk options of 2.8 Miles, 3.6 Miles, and 5 Miles. After the run we plan on making Empanadas Chilenas with Gustavo. Bring a drink and appetizer if you plan to stay after the run!
SATURDAY APRIL 27th @ 8 AM – SPRING RUNOFF RUN/WALK – Yakima River Chamna Natural Preserve Parking Lot
This will be the second of our Spring Runoff River Runs/Walks where we will be following a specific river in our region. Runners of the Sage and Laura Brazeal of Mind over Muscle are working together to provide running and walking group options. Routes will be posted shortly. After we invite all to go to Resilient Coffee for a warm drink and great conversation! Its free and all are welcome. We will have a 2.4, 5.6, or 9.7 Mile Run/Walk option.
THURSDAY MAY 9th @ 6 PM – BOOKWALTER FAMILY FOOD FUN RUN – atBookwalter Winery
The 2nd Thursday each month we will have a short run from Bookwalter Winery. We will have Runners of the Sage tokens placed in a designated area. To participate you must come to the winery, sign in, then run/walk to retrieve the token and bring it back for a discounted food item. Bring family and friends!

This is a way to verify those who are doing all 5 that they indeed ran or volunteered at each of the 5 races. This is an effort to create more excitement about trail running(running in general) in our area.
Congrats to Runners of the Sage Male Relay Team for taking 1st Overall at the Tri City Marathon and for the Goddesses of the Sage Female Relay Team for taking 2nd in the Female Division!

WEEKLY GROUP RUNS – TUESDAYS 5:30 PM – Locations will vary now that the weather is getting better and there is more light so CHECK EACH WEEK!! Tuesday runs locations will be updated each Monday.
Each week we have generally a 2, 3, or 4 mile route option, depending on your current fitness or training plan. The routes change each week. All levels, paces, and ages of runners are welcome!
