WEEKLY GROUP RUN/WALK-

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 19th @ 5:30 PM – COLUMBIA RIVER UPRIVER PATH – Frost Me Sweet

All ages abilities and paces welcome! Come run/jog/hike with us! We will meet at Frost Me Sweet for the next 4 Tuesdays and run/walk through Howard Amon Park up the Columbia River on the River Path. We recommend to bring head lamps/lights. All ages abilities and paces welcome! Come run/jog/hike with us!

3.1 Miles(5k) – Start at George Washington Way and Lee and go along the Dike down the hill and turn around just past the bathrooms.

5 Miles – Start at George Washington Way and Lee and go on the path through Leslie Groves until past the Volleyball Court where Park Street ends and turn around.

WEEKLY GROUP RUNS – TUESDAYS 5:30 PM –  Locations will vary now that the weather is getting better and there is more light so CHECK EACH WEEK!! Tuesday runs locations will be updated each Monday.

Each week we have generally a 2, 3, or 4 mile route option, depending on your current fitness or training plan. The routes change each week. All levels, paces, and ages of runners are welcome!
