WEEKLY GROUP RUN/WALK-

Tuesday April 20th – TOUR DE COOP at 5:30 PM at The Lakes Trail

We will meet in West Richland at The Lakes Trail  and can park there or at Enterprise Neighborhood Park a tenth of a mile down the road if the lot is full. When you get there you will receive a small map/stamp card and you can run or ride bikes a 5 mile route to two different designated Coops that are on our Tour each year – Egg-Spensive and Eggs on the Side. You will get a stamp at each Coop and that will earn you a free Crepe or Coffee to be redeemed at Kagen’s Coffee and Crepes. After the run/ride we will meet at the Chicken Shack in West Richland. We have improvised our normal Tour de Coop for this year but it should be a lot of fun! This is not a race, just a chance to run/ride and see some Chicken Coops and be inspired to live a more self-sustainable lifestyle!

We ask that you be mindful of the social norms that have been put in place. We feel that meeting in an open space where social distancing is easily attained with a sport that involves zero contact is not putting anyone at risk. This is a very sensitive time and saying/doing the right thing seems to be a challenge for everyone. If you don’t feel comfortable joining at this point, just wait, and we look forward to seeing you when you are ready to come run with us!
