Our mission is to use Runners of the Sage as platform to encourage people to live more active lifestyles, to be more self sufficient, and more environmentally aware. We also want to use the running group to help build community and create connections among people in an ever growing Tri-city area.

Runners of the Sage is an active, free, social, running club that trains for fitness, fun, races, and life. We welcome runners of all abilities and ages to join our weekly group runs. OurĀ members rangeĀ from walkers, joggers, middle-of-the-pack runners, to competitive age-group road racers. Everyone is encouraged to run at their own ability and speed, and we support each other in our individual fitness goals. We run weekly distances of 3-5 miles.

Equally important, we have fun getting together for social events, like coffee and treats after some of our weekly runs, local hikes, monthly dinners, and trips to regional races.

We are located in Richland, Washington. To keep workouts feeling fresh, we run in a variety of locations around the Tri-City area, including short loops around town, scenic routes next to the Columbia River, and along quiet dirt paths of our local mountain trails.

Check out the races and calendar for up-to-date schedules and information.

New runners are always welcome! Come join a supportive group of fellow runners who will help keep you motivated and having fun!

We look forward to seeing you!
